I do NOT believe this is on the "legit"! They do not even notify ticket purchasers of who the WINNER really is! It should be verified by a Government Agency in th state where contest is run from, and all purchasers should be NOTIFIED at least by email. The Company is called WCF Mustang Dream, I believe, but do NOT even know that for sure. This may need Federal oversight as it's that big of a scam! Someone by the name of Robert Preston (IF THAT'S REAL NAME) is behind this scam. Odds of winning should be given to all considering purcgasing a ticket! Winners name, address, and phone number should be given in email notice, and Goverment Control Agency should do background check on winner to see if they are connected to "The Scammer"! Jph
