He asked if I had car still available I said yes then got this in e-mail plus lots on web about his scam

Thanks for the responce and i am okay with your price, I recently got
divorced with my wife Currently I am located in Tahitian Village, TX
at my parents home left for me. And i am out of the town so I can't
meet in person with you so this is the reason why I choose to buy this
car over the internet. I'm currently, signed up for a protection
program offered by pay pal and I would like to close the deal through
them. If you are not aware of this program you should know that it
will allow no one scam eah other in any online transaction and terms
and conditions what i will need to follow the payment method is for
you to get back to me with this details from you: name, address, and
phone# and your pay pal e-mail for me to make the payment I will
include the shipper's fee to the money am sending to you for you to
help me to send it to them, through there method of there payment. Pay
Pal will contact you shortly after i made the payment to you with all
the information that you need to complete this deal. Sorry for the
long emails I have tried to touch all bases.
