I placed an order for a free sample of slimtoneplus on Sunday 2nd September. I then decided, within minutes of placing the order that I wanted to cancel it and so I rang the number given. This was an automated service with the instruction to "press1" to cancel any order. This I did and to be sure, I rang again and repeated the procedure. I then phoned my bank and instructed them not to allow any monies to be taken from my account as I saw from the scam book that several customers hd money taken from their accounts even after cancellation of orders. Today, 3rd September, I phoned the company to make doubly sure that the order was cancelled and was told the order had already shipped and, even though records showed that I had phoned twice on Sunday, the order had not been cancelled!!! I have now been told to phone when the order arrives and i will be given instructions on how to return the items, at cost to me for postage!!!
