Went on line to look. Computer locked up with FBI shield and statement that I had downloaded illegally (which I didn't) and unless I paid a $200 fine to the FBI with their debit card in 48 hours the FBI could come and take the computer. Got the card. Thought it best to call FBI to verify -they said it wasn't them - it was a sham and a virus -called Dell - they removed the virus and a new virus control installed - want cost given back and a huge fine to them.
