I applied to a Front Desk / Customer Service postion off of CL and got a similar email. The fact that they ask for you to get your credit info is a BIG red flag for me. Also, $16-20/hour seems like more than a little much for a more entry level position. That and I received the email at 9:49pm. Here's the email I got:

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $16 - $20 an hour
