Monies was taken out of my checking account without my authorization. I have been trying since 6/28 to get it back. I have made 21 phone calls, spoken with 17 different agents and 4 managers. Each time I am told to give them 3-5 days; after that time frame there is still nothing returned. I now know that I am not the only person that this has happened to. The check # is 99048 that was submitted. Way out of my numbers. What can be done about such a practice? All I want is my money back!
