Having waited over half an hour 1-25 – 1-55 P.M. Moving from position 9 to 2 when conveniently you rang off I thought I ought to e-mail you where I have things recorded on paper.
Un - ordered you sent me a model Eddy Stobart Atkinson Border Lorry which arrived today.
Having purchased your previous two containers I cancelled future orders.
Why has this suddenly arrived and how do i return it to you at no repeat no cost.
