Kandy hall rip off! Do not trust! Took a down payment and never heard from her again!

I was in negotiation with Kandy Hall about purchasing one of her colts. I sent a down payment. Half of the total price to hold the horse untill shipping arrangements could be made. She confirmed that the payment was recieved and all was well. I had never heard from her again. I could not get a shipper sent out as the horse was not paid off and i had no word from her. Repeated email and phone calls with nothing in reply. I check her site regullarly and I see she is buying horses! She is doing well (with the money she steals from ppl). I hope no one else gets ripped off by Kandy!
