• We booked and paid for London - Bhuj return flight by credit card.
• We were flown into Rajkot that is fine as you had informed me in advance. But I wrote 2 mails requesting that we should be paid back the difference in the fair between Mumbai – Rajkot and Mumbai – Bhuj. Which is significant amount nearly Rs. 3000.00 single way per ticket. To which I have received no reply.
• Repairs to air strip in Bhuj was announced Six months before the day of repairs I came to know about this in Bhuj. Knowing this fact you should have advised me of the situation before issuing Mumbai – Bhuj ticket.
• Before us boarding in London, I tried to make things cleared with your (Duty Manager at LHR) Sarah Sherry, she gave me her business card with her email on the back. After making some inquiries she gave me the assurance that my Rajkot onwards transport will be arranged. I must contact Mumbai desk. Which I did when arrived in Mumbai. No one knew what I was talking about. I had to pay Rs. 5000.00 for my way to Bhuj by taxi.

I am claiming lose incurred to me directly due to Jet Airway of inaction of letting me know of facts before taking booking and not arranging forward transport to Bhuj, since Jet Airways charged me Mumbai –Bhuj fares. Rs 3000.00 per person x 2 = Rs 6000.00 plus Rs 5000.00 I paid for the taxi to Bhuj from Rajkot. Total lose to me Rs 11,000.00 (eleven thousand rupees).
