I checked my bank information today (8/31) and says I have a transaction pending for this place from yesterday. I knew right away this was wrong so I googled it and saw all these complaints. I called the number that was listed for them and a women answered and she said in order for her to help she needed my credit card info. Well I lost it and told her I am NOT giving it to her and I wanted to speak to someone above her. And she hung up on me. And now they won't answer my number. I'm calling my bank to dispute this and get a new bank card. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how this could happen. And its very odd that this place is in Florida because currently my spouse is in jail in Florida. Has anyone else used something called Jail Call Solutions? I used this for a few months to make his calls cheaper, but than cancelled it a few months ago, and the people from these two places sound just like same. If anyone else has used this, please email me at sburnette87@yahoo.com, I'd really like to figure out how this happened.
