I am searching for a federal grant, and in good faith gave my credit card number and was charged $5.98 so far. When i tried to get into their web site, tried 6 times to get into their web site i could not. Then i get a popup stating that everything had expired, and a message that i need to send an additional $19,95. Then i get the fine print that i will be charged $39. Every month. How do these guys survive to pull this kind of crap?
