I took up an offer of a free trial after reading an endorsement by a leading T.V. Presenter.
"Trial" starts at the time of order 14/08 the product arrived 23/08. I had an unauthorised debit from my account 30/08
Where is my free trial? My chance to cancel?
I was told by the slick complaint handler that my complaint was invalid because I had not read the small print regarding post.
I still cannot find justification and regard this withdrawal from my account as theft
