The workman ship is not that of a professional. Used old materials but paid for new. Have tried to communicate with him about the work no response I have sent emails called no response. Jeremy Molinar has not honored any of his agreements or is contractual obligations. The work that has been done needs to come down because it was not up to code Found out that no permits were ever applied for by him or his company to do the work. This was after I contacted the city to check the status of our permits because I was told by Jeremy Molinar that a stop work order had been placed.

The city had no records on file for a stop order nor did they have any paper work requesting a permit from Jeremy. It has been Three weeks still has not responded to resolve the issue that he has created and now I may have to destroy the concrete because that may not be up to code or done properly as well. As it stand now I have been ripped off and my kids cannot play in the backyard they love because of the dangers addition.
