Fraudulent draft on my account in the amount of $30. After calling multiple times, placed on hold for several minutes each time and then phone just hangs up. Do not even know who this company is. Called my bank and they reversed the transaction for me, but they are aware of these types of fraudulent companies and noone seems to be able to stop them. Someone needs to step in!
