This company promised a business plan for a fee and basically guaranteed us that they could get me a 1.2 million dollar grant to put up a building so we could expand the business. At first we would hear from them regularly but then suddenly, toward the end of the business plan, that was never finished and poorly constructed, they fell off the earth.
