I was advised by the person in charge of american laser that the zerona was great for getting rid of fat, i am a active person and iam not over weight. I had arms and stomach done, i was measured before and after, i seen no results at all, they of course measured me and said i lost five inches, of course they kept the tape measure loose when i was measured after and tight before. I mean they measure like a quarter of an inch on an arm and so forth then added it all up to make it look like a great lose. I no i didn't because i kept trying on a tight pair of pants i had and they were just as tight and still are. Also i have a scale that measures fat with weight, and it never changed. Also i am doing the ematrix on my face, it is a little painfull with the numbing cream, and now they tell me that they can't use the numbing cream, after they did one session and charged me for the whole thing. And i can't imagine how painful it will be with out it. I believe i was mislead, and lied to about the results, i can see with my own eyes. And in my cloths. I believe i am due a refund for this bogus treatment. I am going to try to get numbing cream for face, and i will keep you posted on how the ematrix does, or if that too is a lie. I am going to try to get the word out to everyone who is going to do this, not to waste their money. My next step is facebook and other places to put complaints. I don't know how these company's get away with bogus claims. I was also charged $29.99 for cream i never got.
