My name is David burks.
I recently needed my truck to go into a shop for repairs. The mechanic said it needed a clutch. After he repaired the clutch he then said it was not the clutch but the transmission. He then demande that i pay for the clutch enyways. When i refused he decided to keep my title. Furthure more he wants me to still pay for the clutch that i did not need. He drove to my house twice and demanded money. The fun only starts thier. He came to my house last night at 10:00 pm and tryed to knock down my door. After defending myself with a shot gun without enyone getting hurt i then called the police but i had no proof of the altercation.
