Will not refund our money. They have our merchandise

Four months ago I called in a complaint about our Sealy mattress... They sent out a contractor and he said it was defective and it would only take 5 days for a exchange. About four weeks went by and I called Ashleys and ask about my exchange... They said that man was fired and they couldn't find our paper work. Finally we got a new mattress and the day we received it, it was as hard as a rock. I wanted to return it that day... They said I must keep it for a month... Well, that was fine it's the rules. But then they said I should walk on it everyday to soften it up! At this time Thirty days is now up. I called to return it...

They came and picket it up now another 30 days have gone by still no refund check. They said they don't know how to give me a check because they switched banks... I'm sorry that's not my fault. I called and spoke to the GM and he was a rude as you could be... He said he would get back to me. Never did! Called and spoke to the assistant GM she said... Check is in the mail " but you know corporations they take their time to send anything" I did not laugh! Today is 8-28 four months later I called the corporate office and they said they see nothing in my file about a refund... Once again Called the GM of the Ashleys Augusta Ga store and I have yet to get a call or a check. I would never recommend this store in Augusta to anyone... The better business bureau is my next step.
