Ripoff they took money out of my account without permission and I do not know how they got my info

I am very upset these people took money without my permission. They put me on a free trail and i said ok. They said I can cancel at any time so as soon as I got the info. I looked it over and decided to cancel. So I thought I canceled and later on I got money taken out of my account. I am disputing this charge with my bank; hopefully this company will be shut down.
