My name is Allan R Griffith and my email account is (Personal Info Removed).
On the 20th August I signed up for a 3 day preview of your dating site which was going to cost me $3.99 for 3 days. I authorised this payment and it came out correctly. However, a payment of $29.99 was taken out of my westpac account today for an ongoing subscription to the site. I only signed up for the 3 days and after contacting my bank, they have advised me to send this email urging the immediate refund back into my bank account for the payment taken. I never authorised any ongoing payments to be taken at all. My bank is going to support me in this claim and have already started investigating the illegal removal of funds.
