This is obviously a scam from the upper ranks to the ignoramuses who man the phones. I was assured (note the 1st three letters) on 3 facking occasions that my debit card was "less than 48 hours away" from being credited for the gooey shit i had been billed HUNDREDS for. The only slimy substances in the entire pathetic tale are the sleazes who make up this company. These worms are the reason movies such as "falling down" exist. This company may have sent tony scott over the precipice of the bridge. Dante's circles await these slugs.
