I thought I was paying a donation/fee for the "Spybot" program for three years at 12-13 dollars per year to spybot. My account was immediatly charged by Softwarepros.com but there was no program made available. Attempts to log in to the softwarepros website failed. Note that Spybot is free but donations are accepted which I believed I was doing.
