I guess I am a victim, too. Placed an order on 8-8, and have not received anything yet (8-20). I have called, emailed, and tried live chat to no avail. This company will not even acknowledge me. I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge, but I don't want anyone else to go through this. Stay away from this company!
