Defective phone, you never get to speak to a live agent. You are on hold for hours, when your call becomes caller number one, your call gets disconnected. I paid $9.95 for s/h plus $2.95 moneygram fees. Iam so tired of getting phones that work two months or less. I want to upgrade, but not knowing if the phone your company sends me will be in good working conditon. This is becoming very expensive.
