Miscellaneous

MY order should have come to $25.90. I was not given the option of speaking to a person. The order was not reviewed nor was the total cost. The company tried to charge my card for $68.80. My credit card company had already approved the transaction but the funds had not been taken out yet. I called perfect tortilla customer service and was informed that I had ordered twice what I actually ordered with an upgrade I did not approve plus s&h ($31.80). I told her that was not what I ordered. At first she acted like there was nothing I could do about it but I told her that it was fraud and asked if they do this to everybody. She offerred $5.00 off. Again I reminded her that it was fraud and I did not order what I was being charged for. She said she would drop the total to $35.90 which I agreed to but was still $10.00 more than I orignally ordered. When I first checked on the internet all I saw were rave reviews but now I am seeing many complaints about the very same thing. Is there some way we could get a class action lawsuit going. Does anyone know how to go about it? The woman I spoke to was not American. Is this company from a foreign country? These people need to be put out of business.
