On December after struggling with a slow computer I went on line and found a website with a name that implied the correction of problems like mine, plus a lot more. I called them and ended up taking a service contract for $279.00 a year to cover software problems of all computers. I have 3.

Someone worked on 2 Dell computers (the third is a brand new HP) and the computers worked fine from there on. However, sometime in July or early August Outlook Express in one internet account on one of the old computers would not respond; I have two internet accojunts on this computer. I phoned qresolve and one after another "technician" orked on the computer, but everytime they accessed my machine it got worse to the point that that internet account is completely useless. The other account, which they have not touched, works fine. The last "technician" that wrked on this problem ended up saying that the operating system was corrupted and that the only solution was to replace it. Remember, the one internet accouunt is working perfectly.

Realizing that qresolv was unable to fix my problem I decided to cancell the subscription but they refused because was more than 6 months old. The fact that I had used it only once in seix months was not enough. So, I have lost $279.00 on this scam, because this is what they are "scammmers". I could have fixed the "slow" computer problem myself cleaning up the disk, dfragmenting it, etc., because I have done if before. I wanted "experts" on hand in case of need and this is what I got.
