Terry and Judy Smith rented a mobile home from us in Oakridge Oregon. They snuck out during the night without paying their rent still owing on their deposit and electric bill. These are not honorable people. The management was very nice to them and gave them furniture and other things since they had nothing. When they decided they couldn't or wouldn't pay their rent and other obligations, they snuck out during the night. Letters have been sent to them after obtaining their new address in Idaho, but there has been no response. These people owe us over $1100.
