I purchased (on line) a performance chip from the G-Force Co. The cost was $74.95. The directions were very vague so I contacted the tech area of the site. There is a phone number but you can not call it they are very vehement about using email (no phone calls) by now I had a feeling I'd been had.By email they sent me a schematic of my vehicles electrics. It had the two wires I was to suppose to attach the chip to. I did as the paper said & started to run the vehicle. It said it would take a hundred miles to start working right.in about 30 mi. My check engine light came on & I two other dash lights lit up and flashed. I took it to the dealer & they ran a diagnostic test on it and found the engine was running lean. This cost me $79.95 to get it done. I then tried to call the number. 877-599-chip 92447) address is 17595 Harvard Ste. C-194 Irvine CA. 92614. When I called the number the 1st time a recording came on & said there was a 6 hour wait so email us. Then the second time they said they were closed to call back at regular hours but the time was when they should have been open. I tried to email with a complaint & they have the email set up so it would send & you can't find the code they supposedly have so it keeps rejecting the email & won't send it. I know I've been had & out my $155.00. Also I found two other sites that are selling chips for 64.99 & 59.00 now. They are called Auto Chips direct.com & performance chips now.com
