I recieved a letter stating I won $50,000.00 in a lottery. They sent me a check for 2280.00 and said I was to send the amount of 1370.00 to JESUS PANINSKI IN VALENCIA, SPAIN FOR GovernmentTaxes and processing fees. If this amouunt is for taxes why pay Spain for winnings in the USA? The chcek has cleared the bank is in my Checking account, But I have not used any of it. What should I do?
