I was charged twice... Once in April and once in Aug. I just called and spent two hours on the phone trying to figure out WHY this was being charged again. Finally got through to someone at Alliance and they informed me that the $ would get refunded. I am hoping this happens, but it doesn't look likely. My CU refunded the second charge and has also filed a complaint on my behalf. Hopefully this "company" closes soon.
