I didn't sign up for anything but received a 9.99 charge twice, on May and June on my cell phone bill from Us Cellular. The phone company can't give a refund and the number on the bill is not a valid number. 877.643.2490
I just feel very dissapointed, is anybody know how can I get the valid phone number to get my refund.
