Unbalanced 1900 square foot house leaking AC ductwork

Installers came to install new unit, put in new return as they said it had to have but placed it next to existing. Ran one supply to bedroom which was attached directly to unit not thru a diffuser box. No insulation causing sweating and now water damage to drywall is happening. Unit cools one side of house to 60 degrees other side of house is 80 degrees. I asked them to fix and they said it would cost me. So I wanted it all taken out and of course that will cost me too. The system was installed incorrectly and needs to be removed and completely redone. Had 4 inspectors inspect and all agreed that work done was not correct.

Work performedperformed system diagnostic. Called out for a quility check from a unit installed by another company. Rooftop unit: air leaks around all panels. Liquid tight and electrical wires are not replaced. Condensateline is not clamped and secured. Ductwork in attic: metal joints (t y's) are not insulated causing condensation. (this will cause damage toflex duct and possibly dry wall. Joints are installed improper and positioned so that some registersreceive much more air than others. Duct work to kitchen/dining room has been improperly installed to notallow enough air to flow in there direction. All attic duct work will need to be disconnected and installedproperly. Return air vent should be added to dining room area. Thermostat: not positioned properly and has a hole behind it causing attic air to alter temperaturereadings.

All I want is an evenly cooled house like it was before the work was performed. The tempurature difference may not sound like much but it gets worst when its 113 in arizona here and my 5 year old should not have to tolerate this kind of change in temperature 20 degrees difference will make anybody feel miserable.
