Mon 8-13, I was given a diagnosis on my stove and fridge which I paid for ($85), told they would return Thurs 8-16 w/parts to repair. I went out Wed to get groceries to keep in my old fridge since the new one would be repaired next day. They emailed me Thur at 1pm stating there was car trouble and theyll come Fri 8-17. They came Fri and fixed both and I paid for that service as well. Fri evening I realized my fridge still wasn't freezing/cooling so I called and they said they could be back mon morn 8-20. I stressed my concern because my old fridge also doesnt cool properly and all the food i purchased would spoil. On 8-20 at 6:00 pm I called the service because they never showed, emailed or called. I had to dispose of approx 100$ worth of food Mon evening. I also explained that tp them. Tues 8-21 they called to tell me they'd be here Wed morning 8-21. On Wed 8-21 I received a voicemail in the am stating they had an emergency and couldn't be here until Thur 8-22 @ 12-2pm. On Thur I rec a call and they said they would call back in 5 min to let me kno exactly when they'd come. It is Fri 8-23 and I have not rec a call or email. This is beyond unacceptable.
