Precision induction cooktop
I got the cooktop but didn't get the frypan or cookpot didn't know tou had to use a special pan. Have been trying for 3 weeks calling emailing and no responce from anyone

I bought the induction cooktop, and didn't get the free cookware. I didn't no you had to have special pans; have been calling and emailing for 3 weeks and no responce from anyone. When i emailed i told them i wanted to get the pans so i guess i'll try to send them back, and try to get my money back, hope i do anyways probable not the way its going. Good luck to everyone having problems.
