I wired US$4200 to STP on June 6.
I received the following.

Transaction id =271051764
Fees (Charged to Recipient) = 20.00
Net Amount = 3940.03
Comments = Bank Wire Deposit
Date and Time = 06 Jun @22:31 PM

I started a ticket with them but this was never responded to and when I went to check on it a week or so later it has disappeared.
So I started another ticket and kept updating it weekly with comments but never heard anything back from STP except for the automatically generated "Dear malou farnham,

A comment has been added to the following support ticket.

As always, it is our pleasure to assist in any way possible!"

I checked again today - Aug 23 and the ticket has disappeared again.

I followed their wiring instructions to the letter! And am missing us$220. They wont respond, tickets disappear, what is up with this company?
