I started the process with UK Visa and Immigration to obtain a Visa for my daughter on August 13th. I spoke with someone on the phone and agreed to an immediate partial payment pulled directly from my bank account on August 14th of £350. That evening we got the news that we were going to be moving back to the states. I wrote to them the following day cancelling the contract and requesting a refund. I got a call back shortly thereafter and I again explained that I needed to cancel (as is possible within their 7 day allowance) and wanted my money back. I was told I would receive a phone call to clear that up. I NEVER GOT THE PHONE CALL! I have NEVER received my money back! I have written again without acknowledgement.
