Ordered the RichDad PoorDad series from infomercial. Received the information, took time to examine it. Found it did not supply any of the information that was described on the infomercial.
Went through the return process. Sent the package via USPS, took three days for it to be delivered, and then another 10 days for them to acknowledge receipt. During that time, another charge was placed on my account.
When I called to complain, they said that the charge would be credited, but took three more calls to get them to do it.
Mr. Kiyosaki's "secret method" is to pay all your bills off, and then use your disposable income to buy real estate rental properties. Anyone reading this now has the knowledge that they're trying to sell you for $400.00.
Major Rip-off. PEI is obviously in scam business. Anything with their name on it should be avoided like the plague.
