Manufacturers Beware. This company located in Kalispell, MT will try to extort money from you when they have a problem with your distributor.

This is a direct quote from an email from him to a manufacturer. He bought from a distributor, but has not even contacted the distributor to try to resolve. He expects the manufacturer to give him money back even though they have not collected a dime from them.
