Following a trip to Germany using National Exprees to get to the airport. I was offered a £15 voucher to use for the next time I used their service. What I did not realise was that the voucher was provided by Completesave.co.uk and by applying for the voucher I was automatically enrolled into a contract with them if I did not cancel within 30 days. The first I realised what had happened was when a charge of £10 appeared on my credit bill. I have had to make 3 payment to them to get out of this scam. It should be illegal for them or any other company to enrol people into contracts with the default methods they use with their promotions. But unfortunately as far as I'm aware it is not and as the number of complaints are in the hundreds I am obviously not alone to being ripped off by these scam merchants.
