I sighed up for the free trial that they have and pay £4.99 p&P for the item but when you try to ring them to cancel within the 14day which is advertised all i had was a message saying they are busy and no one answers the phone after trying for days with the same response they went into my bank account and took £75 and will carry on taking money because you cannot cancel with the progamme that you sighed up for when you order your so called FREE TRAL!!! I am disgusted by this i only wanted to try this item but now i cannot cancel with them because i cannot email them or get in touch with them to stop them taking more money... What a total scam!!!
