Car Wash Code Expired

I bought a car wash code on 7/21. I tried to use the code on 8/21. It said it was expired. The code has 5 numbers on it, which means there are 10,000 numbers out there. Why with that many numbers can't the code be good for a minimum of 6 months. That is rediculous that I lost $9.00 after a month. I was going to use the code on 8/19, but it was suppose to rain, so waited to use it, knowing I needed to use it by 8/21. Very disappointed customer!!
