I book a vacation package from travelasity to orlando florida including the hotel an entrance to seaworld and when we got to the park entrance in orlando florida the people at the gate told mi and my family we cant used the voucher because the reservation # was not recognize by them, at that time i call 12105215871 an talk to a gentlemen, i explainto him the prblem an the person toll mi he was going to fax the paperwork to the park but he naver did, we wait and wait there for more then 3 12 hour and nothing was don aboutit, therefore i orlando delgado (personal information removed) is asking for all my money in return please.
