A fellow was trying to buy my car. Went through pay pal and said he could only use pay pal and said he needed me to send money through western union to an agency that will pick up the car.
First it said $600, then it was $800 more, and now they want me to send $1,300. They keep adding money to paypal which is supposed to be a legit service that doesn't take or give money that is not there.
