I too applied for a so called "free trial" No where on that website did they indicate that you read the terms and conditions before ordering. Had I been aware of what they are now saying, i would not have bothered ordering. Thought it was try before you buy. Got my bank statement and found they had taken £75 out of my account. I went back on the internet and they had removed the website, instead they are using "Filter referral" but I got to them. When I found them I put a falso name and address to get through to the page where you give your details. Next to this was their statement of terms and conditions with prices. This wasn't there when I ordered and it can only be a recent addition to cover themselves. I have emailed them and got a pathetic reply, totally ignoring the questions I had put to them. It is suppose to be UK run but the return address on the goods package is County Clare in Ireland. I think this is a scam and will report it to Trading standards.
