I received two documents in the mail today. First document is blue background with white writing entitled "UAP Check Payment Appraisal. The second was green background with black letter.

The envelope was stamped with a zip code 89118 which is located in Las Vegas, NV while the return address is Universal Acquisition Partners, PMB 335,1940 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729. This is suspicious already.

Document 1 gives an identification of 30002220323, documentation record of 311754675 with a bar code of 30002220323. All through the notice the word "appraisal" is referred to as "apprisal." I am informed that the check payment apprisal is accurate an confirmed for the amount $1,511, 837.88. However, the check payment apprisal data delivery fee requires a one-time $27.50 assessed fee.

On the reverse side of document 1, there is a 2-paragraph explanation that makes me considerably concerned. Paragraph 1 states that "We do not pay awards... individuals have not won. This is an offer for data to be used for entrance to win the reported awards. Paragraph 2 states that when paying by check you are permitting UAP to authorize them to use information from your check to make an one-time electronic transfer... You won't receive your check back from your own financial institution.

The second document includes the check payment apprisal data with the number 311754675 W#09200 1452 02 H#401, Ck. Ser. #311754675 of $1,511, 837.88 date 08/17 approval code 30002220323 a bar code of 3000220323.

With all the concerns above, this is a scam. I refuse to succumb to their ploy. I sincerely hope no one else does either.
