My name is Laura St. Germain. On August 20 I ordered a credit report on line from Experian for $1.00. The report never got downloaded for some reason. I went to US gov.com and got another report for $1.00. Experian however charged me $31.95 for a report that I never received. I telephoned them to have them rebate my account. They refused. I just want people to know that the site is very misleading. I never received the report and was charged anyway. This is not a way to do business.
