This company is a complete scam! Took £84.99 out of my account without permission and without sending out the product. Very unhelpful member of the 'escalations team. A lady called Rachel Clarke. I will pursue this through the small claims court and also intend to sue for breach of the data protection act. They seem to think the DPA does noy apply because they are a US company. CEO is Nick Walters - address (Personal Information Removed) USA if anyone wants to take this further.
