I ordered a pair of shoes from Anne-shoes July 6, it is August 19th and I have still not received them. I have have been watching my account on-line and even e-mailed them and have no reply. I just went to check on my order once again and now their website has not been working for at least three days. I finally decided to follow this up and came across another complaint on this website from a customer who reported the exact same complaint on 5/16.instead of sending me the shoes I ordered, I received a small airmail package with a cheap 10cent shower cap in it. Now I am going to follow this up with pay pal. Pay pal should not be doing business with this company after all these complaints. I am very disappointed, I thought I would have been safe going through pay pal.
