Mike Murphy Deceptive Promises, excuses and removed apporx $65,000 leaving 10% in excrow for over 4 mos

I bought a home on the parade of homes with a design of the pool already in the home by natural pacific blue pools and mr mike murphy.

I put approx $70,000 into escrow and after many calls, visits and getting started on my pool, the contract called for after the shell was poured they could remove 90% of all monies leavein only approximately $7,000 in the account.

They had my money and used it for over 4 months with no to little activity on my pool or property. I had to hire a lawyer and almost file suit to finish the pool. They came with a different attitude, did not complete the sprinkler systems which i had to pay another contractor to come out just to water all the palm trees i had landscapes.

After all the headaches of waiting almost 1/2 a year for a pool to be completed and excuse after excuse, Mike Murphy sent over some big biker guy i guess for intimidation, i was not intimidated at all, finish the pool with quality.

They slapped it together, i returned home and the wrong color was on the deck, they said the rang the door bell and had it approved by the maid, i said i already had it in writing the colors of the deck which is now all coming off.

I wanted a dark blue pool, well the plaster is so thinly applied no one experts cannot believe this pool it less than two years old, you can see the shell through the plaster in many places. The dark blue looks like a spotted grey leapard with spots, stains and comes off as cement on your bathing suits. It is grey power and far from a dark blue pool. They had my money, got the money and did not care about the quality nor my service ever again, never ever called again.

When i called about the sprinklers they came out and removed a valve thinking i would not notice but i have pictures, lots of pictures. This is basic deceptive trade practices and i would recommend from my personal experience on a very expensive pool to never use this company.

I bought many upgrades, the sidewalks are all cracking and i am told if i do not hire a contractor to remove all the palm trees and shove more dirt under he sidewalks they will all crack and fall to ground level.

My lawyer received a letter from their lawyer saying they have a one year warranty only.

If you want a quality pool, come look at mine and you will not be using this company and i will show it to you at any time.
