On October 16th I sent Tracy Hosfelt a deposit to hold a "newborn" Bambino kitten - she never would give me an exact DOB for the kitten. She told me the kitten would be able to fly out between 12 and 16 weeks of age (mid January to mid February.) We kept in touch through, Face Book, e-mail and texts. On December 14th she told me the kitten was "ready to go" and that she had already obtained a health certificate which was only valid for 10 days. She stated at that time that there was not enough time to send the final payment I would have to wire it to her bank account - the additional amount was wired on 12/16. When I pressed her on the DOB for the kitten she said "I'll have to look that up" and proceeded to claim that "some kittens mature faster than others." So I was never sure of the cats age until it arrived and the health certificate indicated it was 8 weeks old.
